Let’s face it, we’ve all been a little Netflix addicted lately. With plans cancelled and places closed, we’re quick to turn to a day in bed watching our favourite TV shows.

Although lying in bed and watching TV doesn’t scream ‘health’, with the right shows, a Netflix binge can be the perfect addition to a self-care day for your mental health. There are plenty of heart-warming and uplifting series out there, which can give us some time to rest and recuperate, escape from any anxieties, and give us that warm fuzzy feeling.
